LEGAL DEFENSE COALITION FOR THE PRESERVATION OF PUBLIC HBCUs

The Legal Defense Coalition for the Preservation of Public HBCUs is a Georgia non-profit corporation dedicated to establishing parity among schools in Georgia’s higher education system.  Our goal is to communicate with current students, alumni, and prospective students, including those who are considering attending one of Georgia's HBCUs. Your support in assisting us in our efforts to equalize education for all Georgia students is imminent to the preservation of these institutions. Please refer to this site for more information about the Coalition, the proposed litigation surrounding segregation in the higher education system as it relates to Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.
